This is actually a solution i found out a while ago for fixing the "wrist Pinch"

as you can see at the top the simple bone structure of IK and Wrist are just not enough to keep the wrist from collapsing once you twist the hand.

the fix is adding two more bones and tweaking the way they function.  the first green bone on the left copies the all the rotations of the IK bone (seen in the 4th screen) the second green bone has it's segments maxed out (32) and copies the Y rotation of the Palm controller.  thus as if by magic the wrist problem is solved (woohoo)

This might be the thing I was looking for. (I've been having trouble with the wrist area of the armature.)

But when you say (the first green bone on the left copies the all the rotations of the IK bone) did you mean ALL of the arm bones? Or just the forearm bone?
